Both Zoom and Google Meet have apps for your smartphone, either iOS or Android; I recommend using them if using a PC isn’t the best option. Ernest Holmes, “Practical Application of Science of Mind” There are going to be changes in our lives from hour to hour and day to day, and we cannot escape them. It is the nature of the Universe. Let us accept change, make the most of it and capitalize on it.”
In Religious Science, we don’t claim that bad things or unpleasant conditions don’t happen, but we encourage ourselves to see obstacles and sudden shifts in our lives as opportunities for growth, revelations and invitations for something better. Even the most pleasant respite becomes boring, because it seems we humans are made for more. More What? More of ourselves, for a start. Solving problems and surmounting challenges can bring a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction. There’s a reason we know the saying “Now we’re getting somewhere.” I see it as a dynamic and complex environment that requires our attention and participation so that we grow instead of stagnate. Obstacles? What obstacles? All I see are opportunities.
Today brings me an abundance of opportunities to grow, change and become more. I welcome them all and give thanks. (Science of Mind Magazine, July 9)
Looking forward to seeing you on Zoom. Enjoy your day. Blessings, Kathy McConnin
