Snack Team Tasks (click to expand)

This team provides the snacks and sets up the snack tables before each program. We need two people to bring a couple snack items each. We also need someone to set up the coffee and tea, and someone to clean up the snack area afterwards. It could be the same person doing setup and cleanup and bringing snack items if they wanted to do all 3.

Snack items could be cheese and crackers, veggies, fruit, cookies or sweet bread, etc. Remember some members are vegetarians.

This team does the setup before the program, and putting things away after the program.

Set up before the program (one person):

set out 2 tables for snacks, cover with tablecloths if available
Put out a big trash can, put a large trash bag from supply box in the can.
set out chairs
Turn on projector & extend screen
Turn on A/V controller, set to “PC”, pull out HDMI cable and connect to Kathy’s Macbook.

Put-up after the program (one person):

Turn off projector, retract screen.
Turn off A/V controller, place HDMI cable and projector/screen remotes in A/V closet
Fold up chairs and re-rack them.
Wipe down tables, fold up and stack against the wall
Vacuum the area, exp. around the snack area.
Collect trash including bathrooms, and put in/near dumpster in parking garage.
